Fletcher Risk Management is a specialist fire safety consultancy founded by Tim Fletcher, a fire industry professional with more than 30 years of experience. We are based in Chester and work with clients across the North West and North Wales.

We carry out fire risk assessments, fire door inspections, and fire safety training to the same standard regardless of the size or complexity of the premises — from single HMOs to large residential portfolios. Every client receives the same depth of work and the same level of support after the job is done.

We are members of the Fire Protection Association and carry full professional indemnity insurance. All our assessments comply with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, the Fire Safety Act 2021, and — where relevant — the Building Safety Act 2022.
